Our delivery times vary depending on the model and your location. Standard builds typically ship within 1–2 business weeks, with custom liveries adding 1–2 additional weeks. Once your kart ships, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress in real time.

You can view and download your purchase receipt from your account dashboard on our website. Simply log in, go to the "Order History" section, and select the order you need. To return an item, please visit our Refunds & Returns page. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and within the return period stated in our policy. Your kart is shipped from our build facility, fully assembled and crated for freight delivery. You can check the shipping status in your order confirmation email or by tracking your package through your account.
